Our Projects

Built to last in the 1950's, the Port LaTour School saw thousands of children attend through the late 1990's. A portion of the upper floor was converted to a familly dwelling in the 2000's. The property was purchased by Robert Pinkley in spring 2023 and the transformation into affordable housing units was spearheaded by M Nickerson General Contracting.

The Fun Begins!

With over 8000 square feet of usable space, solid bones and a spectacular coastal location, the transformation into 15 affordable housing units began.

Through repurposing unused or underutiled spaces, we are able to control costs and and pass that savings on to Nova Scotians in need of secure and affordable housing solutions.
